DZ 516TK

The DZ516TK trommel is all about producing the highest-quality materials. Diamond Z offers a wide range of drum designs and screen sizes to improve quality and meet high demand. Material such as topsoil, compost, sand and gravel and wood chips spend more time in the 16’ foot drum for better screening results.

The three screen sections allow for flexibility in sizing to maximize productivity, while the hydraulically folding end conveyor lets oversize material to be effectively stockpiled.

For heavy-duty applications, a remote control hydraulic tipping grizzly can be added to scalp off large material.

DZ 620TK

The DK620TK is a tracked trommel designed specifically to provide additional mobility and production in difficult locations. It has been designed for dealing with wood waste, compost, Light C&D waste and general municipal solid waste

The interchangeable drum is removable from the side of the machine via a side opening door and retractable feed conveyor. The quick change drum system allows a machine to be quickly changed to a different feed material rapidly, eliminating the need for multiple machines for multiple waste streams on-site.

The machine will also fit readily available standard 620 drums, also used on Doppstadt, Terex and EDGE trommels, among others. There is an intelligent control system designed to optimize throughput without causing stalling or slowing of the drum screen.

DZ 621TK

DZ 628

The DiamondZ DZ 628 Trommel Screener is suited for large heavy-duty applications. With a 6’ (1.82m) diameter screen, the DZ 628 Trommel generates a powerful screening action while the 28’ (8.5m) long drum ensures longer time on the screen and the highest quality end product.

The Diamond Z DZ 733 trommel screeners are high-production machines with a 160º radial fines conveyor and an oversize end conveyor for extensive stockpiling capabilities. The DZ 733 boasts a 174HP engine, powering the world’s highest capacity mobile trommel.
